Egypt is referred to as the house of bondage (Exodus 13:3)
When Pharaoh let the people go, God led them not by way of the land of the Philistines, although that was nearer; for God said, Lest the people change their purpose when they see war and return to Egypt. (Exodus 13:17)
What you see and hear can change your purpose. What you see can change your mind for the better or worse.
So it is important to see and hear the right things. Seeing and hearing the right things can solidify your purpose. See and hear only those things that can be beneficial to your purpose.
Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread, and the seventh day shall be a feast to the Lord. Unleavened bread shall be eaten for seven days; no leavened bread shall be seen with you; neither shall there be leaven in all your territory. (Exodus 13:6-7)
The Feast of Unleavened Bread was kept even as the Israelites came out of Egypt and were entering Canaan. This was a type of sanctification. I believe that after a person accepts Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour, they must enter a fast for seven days. Paul the Apostle also fasted as soon as he had an encounter with the Living Christ.
Yeast is symbolic of sin.
Just as most things in the Old Testament point to Jesus, the "unleavened bread" does as well. In the New Testament, Jesus referred to Himself as the "Bread of Life" (John 6:22-59). He was, of course, also without sin (1 John 3:5)(2 Corinthians 5:21)(Hebrews 4:15)(1 Peter 2:22). Because leaven is equated with sin throughout the Bible, the "unleavened bread" pictured bread (Jesus) without sin in it.
And the children of Israel went up in orderly ranks out of the land of Egypt. (Exodus 13:18)
God is not the author of confusion but of peace and divine order (1 Corinthians 14:33)
And Moses took the bones of Joseph with him, for he had placed the children of Israel under solemn oath, saying, "God will surely visit you, and you shall carry up my bones from here with you." (Exodus 13:19)
It's interesting to note that the children of Israel remembered the words of their father, Joseph. They did not treat the words of their father casually but carried them out.
And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead the way, and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, so as to go by day and night. He did not take away the pillar of cloud by day or the pillar of fire by night from before the people. (Exodus 13:21-22)
This speaks of God's 24/7 protection and presence for His people.
