“And none shall appear before Me empty-handed. (Exodus 34:20)
There was a very poor widow (Mark 12:41-44), yet, because her heart was right before God, she worshipped in her giving according to her blessing – two copper coins, which make a penny! She did not come to worship empty-handed but gave all she had to the One who is the giver of all things.
“Six days you shall work, but on the seventh day you shall rest; in plowing time and in harvest you shall rest. (Exodus 34:21)
Whatever be the season - harvest or plowing season, rest was a non-negotiable issue.
So he was there with the Lord forty days and forty nights; he neither ate bread nor drank water. (Exodus 34:28)
This was a supernatural fast and should not be attempted in the natural
Moses did not know that the skin of his face shone while he talked with Him. (Exodus 34:35)
Even today when you talk with the Lord, the skin of your face shines.
