God Wants to Use You

“This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9)

This is not a suggestion—it is a command. God is not asking you how you feel; He is telling you how to stand. Life will bring situations that try to weaken your confidence, shake your faith, and make you question your purpose. But in the middle of all that, God says: Be strong. Be courageous.

Why? Because He is with you.

Courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is choosing to move forward even when fear is present—because you know who is walking with you.

Trusting God Is Practical

Trusting God is not just wishful thinking or positive speaking. It is practical. It means believing that God can work in you and through you, even when you don’t feel ready.

Think about it—God has already invested so much in you.

He has given you His Holy Spirit.
He has equipped you with His Word.
He has given you today—this very moment.
He has opened doors you never imagined possible.

If God did not have a purpose for your life, would He have done all this?

Sometimes we overlook what God has already done because we are too focused on what we feel we lack. But God does not make mistakes. If He has brought you this far, it is not by accident.

God Uses Imperfect People

One of the biggest lies we believe is this: “I am not qualified enough.”

We look at others and think they are better, stronger, more capable. This comparison slowly pushes us into hiding. We withdraw. We stop stepping out. We stay comfortable—but also stuck.

But if you study the Bible, you will notice a pattern—God uses broken, imperfect people all the time.

Moses had a speech problem.
David had failures in his life.
Peter denied Jesus.
Yet God used them powerfully.

God is not waiting for you to become perfect. He is ready to use you right now. Your weakness is not a limitation—it is an opportunity for His strength to be revealed.

Step Out in Faith

There are gifts and talents inside you that are still untapped. They will not grow while you stay in your comfort zone.

Growth happens when you step out.

Faith is not just believing—it is acting on what you believe. When you take a step, even a small one, God meets you there. Opportunities begin to open. Confidence begins to build. Direction becomes clearer.

Remember, God does not reveal the whole path at once. He shows you the next step.

Use What You Have

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek His will in all you do, and He will show you which path to take.” (Proverbs 3:5–6)

It’s not about how much you have it’s about how you use what you have.

Many people are waiting for “more”more time, more money, more ability. But God is asking: What are you doing with what you already have?

The little you place in God’s hands becomes more than enough.

So don’t wait for the perfect moment. Don’t wait until you feel ready.

Start now.
Be strong.
Be courageous.
Trust Him fully.

And step out—because the God who called you is faithful to use you beyond what you can ask or imagine.
