21 Days Fast: Day #3

In the entire Bible, no blood except the blood of Jesus is called “precious” (1 Peter 1:19). Lord Jesus paid a heavy price for our redemption, and the price was ‘His own Precious Blood”.

The precious blood of Jesus has amazing benefits to those who have believed in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour.

Benefits of the Blood of Jesus Christ

1. Cleansing

But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. (1 John 1:7)

Walking in the light does not mean we are walking perfectly. It simply means walking before Him without hiding anything from Him. The Blood of Jesus is then available to such for cleansing.

2. Redemption

Redemption means to buy back. We were sold into slavery to sin under satan’s control. When Jesus shed His blood for our sins, we were set free from the power of sin. You and I were purchased by the Blood of Jesus. Now, you and I belong to Him.

In whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace. (Ephesians 1:7)

3. Deliverance and Protection

When the angel of death passed over in Egypt, the blood of the Lamb protected the Israelites from certain death. (Exodus 12)

And they overcame him (satan) by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death. (Revelation 12:11)

Scripture clearly tells us that satan and his demonic hordes can be overcome by the Blood of Jesus and by completely dedicating ourselves to Christ.

Repeat every prayer missile till it comes from your heart. Only then move on to the next prayer missile. (Repeat it, personalize it, do this with each prayer point for a minimum of 1 minute)

1. I immerse myself in the Blood of Jesus Christ: I cover my spirit: conscience, intuition, and worship with the Blood of Jesus.

2. I cover my soul: conscious, subconscious, and unconscious: mind, will, emotions and intellect with the Blood of Jesus.

3. I cover my five senses: sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch with the Blood of Jesus.

4. I cover my physical body: brain, physical appetites, and sexual character with the Blood of Jesus.

5. I soak my life and destiny in the Blood of Jesus.

6. Blood of Jesus, flow deep into every area of my life now and carry out deep cleansing, deliverance, and healing, in the name of Jesus.

7. I place the Blood of Jesus upon myself and my family members, in the name of Jesus.

8. I cover my doorpost and all my possessions with the Blood of Jesus Christ (Exodus 12:13).

[Take some oil and anoint the doors and windows and other things in your house and keep saying it even as you anoint your house and possessions]

9. I overcome the devil through the Blood of Jesus Christ (Revelation 12:11) [Anoint yourself and your family members with oil]

10. I sprinkle the Blood of Jesus Christ and receive multiplied grace and peace (1 Peter 1:2)

11. I am made perfect through the Blood of the Everlasting Covenant (Hebrews 13:20- 21)

12. I have the boldness to enter into the presence of God through the Blood of Jesus Christ (Hebrews 10:19)

13. My conscience is purged from dead works to serve the living God through the Blood of Jesus Christ (Hebrews 9:14)

14. I have redemption through the Blood of Jesus Christ, and I am redeemed from the power of evil (Ephesians 1:7)

15. Worship the LORD for some time. You could sing a worship song about the Blood of Jesus.
