Pornography
"Flee also youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart." (2 Timothy 2:22)
Men are sexually stimulated through sight. This is why most pornography is geared toward men and not women. Sadly, millions of men have unwillingly opened the doors of their life and home to pornography and are now addicted to pornographic websites.
Pornography can release a "seducing spirit" into a person. The Bible says in 1 Timothy 4:1, KJV, "Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times, some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;" From this passage, the Greek word for "seducing" is planos, which means "to wander and to stray like a roving tramp."
Seduction pulls a person away from the truth and causes that person to wander around in circles. This is a sign of the end times, and we must be very careful. Paul was writing to Timothy, warning him that the devil was targeting even those already in the faith. He wants to lure them out of the faith and enslave them with seducing spirit. And pornography is one of those sins that so easily ensnares. Lord Jesus said, "whoever commits sin is a slave of sin" (John 8:34).
Gone are the days when it was difficult to see pornographic videos, but now, we have a generation that is exposed to smartphones and high-speed internet. According to Matt Fradd, the author of Delivered: True Stories of Men and Woman Who Turned from Porn to Purity, "Recent studies show that 95 percent of teens now have access to a portable X-rated theatre—i.e. a smartphone. The rise of smartphones has correlated closely with increased porn consumption among younger generations. It's easier to access than ever, with more variety and more social acceptability." This is alarming; this shows how much satan is all out to mess up our generation and the future of the youth. But he will not succeed.
The Bible says in Judges 16:5, "And the lords of the Philistines came up to her and said to her, "Entice him, and find out where his great strength lies, and by what means we may overpower him, that we may bind him to afflict him; and every one of us will give you eleven hundred pieces of silver."
Demons are behind porn just the way the Philistines were behind Delilah to neutralize Samson's strength, rendering him blind and ruining his calling. They needed a way to defeat Samson and render him powerless, and the only way to go about it was to entice him with Delilah.
Like Samson, you are also strong. I want you to know that you have a great future and destiny ahead of you. God has marked you for greatness, and you are a deliverer for many people. That is why satan is all out to weaken you.
Delilah's job wasn't just to discover Samson's strength but to neutralize it. That is the power of this end-time seductive spirit. satan wants to use it like a magnifying lens to discover your supernatural strength and then neutralize it. But he will not succeed. That is why you need to flee. Paul told Timothy, "Refuse any invitation into this lifestyle."
Let me put it straight to you; pornography is poison to your spirit. So refuse it totally. It is a sin that wants to lure you away from your purpose and turn you into a weakling. Run from it. Don't be part of the statistics regarding porn viewers.
Remove the trigger points. Delete all porn media on your phone and computer, and block all social media accounts related to porn. If it's a TV series, cut it out completely. Throw all those porn magazines in the garbage bin. If the trigger point for you is too much free time in the evening, then fill your time with godly activities for this next season of your life.
Meditate on the scriptures daily and hang around with godly friends that engage your thought with bible study sessions. If you are addicted to it, pray and plead the blood of Jesus to purify your mind and conscience. You are free in Jesus' name.

Prayer
Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank you for exposing the devil's activity in my life today. I pray that you purify my heart with your blood today. I purge my conscience from every dead work of pornography; I decree that I shall never be enslaved by it anymore. In Jesus' name. Amen.
