Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. (John 14:27)

Lord Jesus said, “My peace I give to you….”

Peace is a gift to us from Lord Jesus Christ Himself. This also reveals his desire to share it with us. Someone once said, “Jesus does not just want to be resident in us but He wants to be the president in us.” While the world searches for peace through activities, or reflective lifestyles, realize that peace is only found in Jesus as He is the source of all peace.

Again Jesus said, “(peace) not as the world gives do I give to you….

The peace that the world gives is often based on compromise and manipulation. However, the peace that Lord Jesus Christ gives is based on His sacrificial death on the cross.

“and through him (Jesus) God reconciled everything to himself. He made peace with everything in heaven and on earth by means of Christ’s blood on the cross (Colossians 1:23 NLT). The peace that Christ offers us is sacrificial in that it cost Him everything - His very life.

Lord Jesus further said, “Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”

Many write to me saying that they are suffering from fear, depression, insomnia and other stress-related issues. This has often taken a toll on their health as well. One young man wrote to me that he has to take 5 tablets daily to survive the ordeal. Hear me well, Peace is the sure cure for all your fears.

There was a time in my life when I tried to commit suicide. I attended a prayer service and as I worshipped I prayed, “Lord, I have reached the end, I surrender to you, please help me” At that moment, I did not see any angels or visions but I had this peace fill my heart. All thoughts of suicide vanished.

If the Lord can do it for me, He will surely do it for you as well. God is not a respecter of persons. (Acts 10:34)

1. As most of you may be aware, we are fasting (Tue/Thu/Sat) of 2023. This fasting has five main goals. You will surely overcome the famine.

2.Each prayer point must be prayed at least for 3 minutes and more
