DELIVERANCE FROM FOUNDATIONAL BONDAGE
“When the foundations are being destroyed, what can the righteous do?” (Psalms 11:3 NIV)
There are powers that operate from the foundation. Many people who lack knowledge of deliverance may not recognise these things. These realities are undeniable, but we can reject and resist their operations in our lives because they are defeated powers that must not operate in our lives. These foundational powers are responsible for patterns in the family. That is why you will notice common occurrences among siblings, such as marriage issues, untimely deaths, or recurring illnesses at specific ages. Foundational powers influence patterns in the bloodline; they ensure that the experiences of parents are mirrored in their children.
Psalm 11, verse 3, was referring to spiritual foundations, not the physical foundations of a house.
The term "foundation" appears more than 50 times in the Bible. Foundations are important; a person's rise or fall in life is determined by their foundation.
2 Timothy, chapter 2, verse 19 states that God's firm foundation stands, and those who belong to the Lord should depart from iniquity. God has His own foundation. God paid much attention to the lineage that Jesus would come from. He understood the importance of foundation.
The covenant Abraham had with God powered many generations to the time of David. Similarly, David's covenant powered the next generation to the time of Jesus. When Lord Jesus came, He initiated a new foundation and covenant for believers. Anything that is not found in the foundation laid by Christ should not be present in our lives.
Different families have powers, covenants, and spirits influencing them—these are foundational powers determining a person's experiences. Prayer is important in destroying these foundational powers.
Foundational powers can sponsor destructive habits, passing them down through generations.
Galatians 5, verse 1 encourages believers to stand fast in the liberty provided by Christ and not be entangled again by a yoke of bondage. Believers are no longer under the authority of foundational powers, and prayer becomes a tool to resist their attacks and enforce positive patterns in one's life.
Prayer
Repeat every prayer missile till it comes from your heart. Only then move on to the next prayer missile. (Repeat it, personalise it, do this with each prayer point for a minimum 1 minute)
