How to Activate Angelic Assistance

“You will make your prayer to Him, and He will hear you, and you will pay your vows.” (Job 22:27)

If you genuinely call out to the Lord in prayer, He will help you through your difficult times. There will be a turnaround in your life. There are people who do everything under the sun but dont pray. When you pray, God offers not only listening ears but also guiding hands. It’s time you started praying sincerely. 

You shall also decide and decree a thing, and it shall be established for you; and the light [of God's favour] shall shine upon your ways. (Job 22:28)

The words that we speak will influence our lives and connect us to the unseen spiritual world. In Proverbs 18:21, we read that “the power of life and death is in the tongue, and they that love it will eat the fruit thereof.” In other words, there are consequences to the words that we speak. The Passion Translation says, “Your words are so powerful that they will kill or give life…” Furthermore, in the New Testament, we read in 1 Peter 3:10 that “He who would love life and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking guile.” Our quality of life and the length thereof will depend on the words that we speak!

Decrees are the privileges of kings! When a king decrees something, it becomes the law of the land. In Christ, we are kings and priests seated in heavenly places and can make decrees according to the word and will of God. When we do so, a law is established in the spirit world, and what we decree comes to pass.

Once, while a service was going on, a lady received a call saying that her little son, around five years old, had been missing for hours. Neighbours and family members were looking out for him everywhere. They feared the worst. She was in tears but continued worshipping the Lord. At the end of the service, she rushed to the stage and broke down. At that moment, I felt the power of the Spirit surge through me, and I got the whole church to declare that her son would come back safe. After an hour, we received a call that her son was safe. They had found him in mysterious circumstances. We made a decree, and it was established!

I recently heard the testimony of a man of God who had a vision of many thousands of warrior angels sent to the earth to assist the church in bringing in the last end-time harvest and manifesting God’s glory on the earth. He noticed that these angels had bows but no arrows in their bows. The Lord told him that as we, the church, declare God’s word with authority, we place arrows into their bows, which they will shoot out all over the earth to bring in the last end time revival on the earth. Hebrews 1:14 says that the angels of the Lord are “… ministering spirits sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation.” Angel activity is activated by the words we declare!

Another scripture that confirms this is Matthew 6:10 when Jesus taught His disciples to pray and say: “Let Your kingdom come, let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” In the original Greek language, this is a declaration and not a request. It actually reads as follows: “Come kingdom of God, be done will of God on earth as it is in heaven!” We can bring heaven down to earth by the decrees and declarations that are based on the word of God!

It is important that our words, declarations and confessions are not to be based on what we see, hear or experience but on what God says in His word.
