Rosy Day 2023: Food Distribution | News

Every year Rosy Day is celebrated on 11th January in remembrance of Mrs.Rosy Fernandes (Pastor Michael’s mom). She was a very powerful prayer warrior and moved in the prophetic. She was a great influence on Pastor Michael’s life and ministry.

On this day, Pastor Anita, Aaron, Abigail and the KSM volunteers came together to distribute food to the poor, homeless and orphans in various places throughout the city of Mumbai.

1. Kurla – Holy Cross Chowk

Food was distributed to the poor and the homeless. Food included Chicken fried rice, laddoos, cake and bananas. Special thanks to sis.Anita Shetty and bro.Anil Shetty in organizing the event.

2. Sneha Sadan – Jogeshwari

This is an orphanage for boys. Chicken Biryani was distributed to all over there.

3. Sneha Sadan – Andheri

This is an orphanage for girls. Veg. Biryani was distributed all over there.

In addition to providing food, the KSM volunteers also engaged in conversations with the recipients, listening to their stories and offering support and encouragement. Many of the recipients expressed their gratitude for the volunteers' kind words and for being reminded that they are not alone in their struggles.
