That night the word of the Lord came to Nathan, saying,’ (2 Samuel 7:4)

It's very interesting that the word of the Lord came to Nathan at midnight. In the end times, there will be a great revival through midnight praying.

You are God, and Your words are true (2 Samuel 7:28)

This was David’s foundation of faith and it should be ours too. David knew that every that every word of God was true and that God could be trusted.

Therefore now let it please You to bless the house of Your servant, that it may continue forever before You; for You, O Lord God, have spoken it, and with Your blessing let [his] house be blessed forever. (2 Samuel 7:29)

The above can be used as a prayer for house dedication or house blessing.
