Sure Way to Multiply Your Blessing

"And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony..." (Revelation 12:11)

When you tell people around you about what the Lord has done for you, you are simply sharing your testimony with them. Your testimony is not merely a story it is a declaration of God's faithfulness, power, and grace.

Every Testimony Matters

Some Christians have dramatic testimonies of being delivered from a sinful and destructive lifestyle. Others may not have testimonies that seem as dramatic, but they are no less significant in the eyes of God.

Every testimony, whether great or small, points people to a great Saviour.

In Scripture, the Apostle Paul repeatedly used his testimony to proclaim Jesus before religious leaders, governors, and kings. In fact, his conversion story is recorded at least three times in the book of Acts as a powerful tool for evangelism.

Likewise, after the Samaritan woman encountered the Lord Jesus, she left her waterpot, went back into the city, and said to the people,

"Come, see a Man who told me all things that I ever did. Could this be the Christ?" (John 4:28–30)

Because of her testimony, many people came to Jesus.

This shows us how powerful a simple testimony can be.

Give God the Glory

There are many who have received blessings, breakthroughs, healing, and amazing answers to prayer but have never testified. In doing so, they fail to bring glory to the One who blessed them in the first place.

As Christians, we should never be afraid or ashamed to speak about what God has done in our lives.

Your Testimony Can Impact Many

As the Lord Jesus was about to depart by boat, the man who had been delivered from demons begged to go with Him. But Jesus had a different assignment for him.

"Go home to your own family and relatives and friends and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how He has had compassion on you." (Mark 5:19–20, Amplified)

The man obeyed. He went throughout Decapolis the region of the ten cities publicly declaring what Jesus had done for him, and everyone was amazed.

Think about that. One man's testimony became a blessing to ten cities.

As you glorify the Lord through your testimonies, He will surely give you many more testimonies to share.
