Anxious Waiting

Casting all your anxieties on Him, because he cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7 ESV)

Scripture paints a realistic picture of human life. It doesn't promise a journey without trials, troubles, or anxieties. It does, however, provide us with a beautiful assurance - when we encounter anxieties, we can cast them on God. This profound promise transforms our struggles, turning anxiety into peace and despair into hope.

There are some things that are always out of our hands but are in the hands of God. During my first international Gospel trip, frankly, I was excited. The couple that was sponsoring my trip called me and told me that the visa application had run into a roadblock. They asked me to pray concerning this. Anxiety concerning the whole thing was building fast inside me. I began to pray about the matter. After nearly 2 hours, suddenly, I heard the gentle voice of the Holy Spirit saying, "Son, I have taken care of it." All anxiety left me, and His peace that surpasses all understanding took hold of me.

You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You (Isaiah 26:3)

Problems of life can really be demanding on us – physically, emotionally and spiritually. Yet, as we learn to take things to the Lord in prayer, and keep our focus on Him throughout the day, trusting that He will take care, we will find rest. I am reminded of the song: "Lose yourself in me, and you will find yourself …. (Sing it throughout the day).

When we cast our anxieties on God, we align our minds with Him, fostering an environment of trust. And in this place of trust, God promises to grant us perfect peace - a peace that surpasses all understanding, a peace that acts as a guard to our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Personal Spiritual Growth

Father, Your word says, "Every plant which my Heavenly Father has not planted shall be uprooted." Uproot everything that hinders me from growing in my walk with You. I cover my prayer time with the Blood of Jesus.

Father, give me grace to pray daily. As I draw near to You, draw near to me as You promised In Jesus Name Amen.

Family Salvation

Blessed Holy Spirit, show me specifically how to minister to each member of my family. Empower me Lord. Reveal opportunities to share about You, at the right moment. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Financial Breakthrough

Every seed that I have sown will be remembered by the LORD. Hence, every impossible situation in my life will be turned around by the LORD. In Jesus' name.

Father, in the name of Jesus, I pray that thousands would tune into the KSM Live broadcasts every Tue/Thu & Sat. Turn them and their families towards You Lord. Let them experience your miracles. Cause them to testify so that Your name would be exalted and glorified.

Father, in the name of Jesus, I pray that the hearts of the people in every city and state of India would turn towards You. They would repent of their sins and confess Jesus as their Lord and Saviour.
