As the deer pants for the water brooks, So pants my soul for You, O God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When shall I come and appear before God? My tears have been my food day and night, While they continually say to me, "Where is your God?" (Psalm 42:1-3 NKJV)

The only food David was eating night and day were his tears running down his face and probably entering his mouth. Clearly David was fasting.

Fasting brings one into a deeper, more intimate, and powerful relationship with the Lord. When you eliminate food from your diet for a number of days, your spirit becomes uncluttered by the things of this world and amazingly sensitive to the things of God. As David stated, “Deep calls unto deep” (Psalm 42:7).

His hunger and thirst for God were greater than his natural desire for food. As a result, he reached a place where he could cry out from the depths of his spirit to the depths of God, even in the midst of his trials.

Fasting is the key to obtaining open doors, miraculous provision, favor, and His tender touch upon your life. Fasting is the secret key that unlocks Heaven’s door and slams shut the gates of Hell.

I am planning a fasting prayer. This fasting prayer will be held on 3 days of every week. (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) The main purpose of this fasting will be for the spiritual growth of every person and their families connected with Karuna Sadan. (Whether watching live, reading the Daily Manna, on Noah App etc). Also, the purpose of this fasting prayer is so that all people connected would be supernaturally blessed in their finances, jobs etc. Join me, so that together we will enter new levels in the Spirit.

The time of the Fast is 00:00 Hrs (12 O'clock midnight) and ends at 14:00 Hrs (2pm) every day. Drink as much water as you can during this period. You will be receiving the Prayer Points for that Day on Daily Manna itself.
