How to Fast?

The time of the Fast is 00:00 Hrs (12 O'clock midnight) and ends at 14:00 Hrs (2pm) everyday

(If you are spiritually mature, then you can extend your fast even till 15:00Hrs (3pm) everyday.

No tea, coffee, milk etc. is permitted from 00:00Hrs - 14:00Hrs (12 am - 2:00pm).

Please drink as much water as you can during this period.

*** AFTER THIS TIME PERIOD YOU CAN HAVE YOUR NORMAL MEALS ***

During this period of fasting, please avoid worldly distractions (ex: Social Media) as much as possible to get maximum benefits from this fast.

The Most Effective Time to Pray?

But know this, that if the master of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched and not allowed his house to be broken into. (Matthew 24:43)

If only the master of the house knew what hour the thief would come:

1. He would have watched

2. Not allowed his house to be broken into

So the key is knowing when the thief comes – He comes in the night (2 Peter 3:10)

If you want to see the best results out of this Prayer Program, then you need to pray during the Midnight Hour.

00:00-01:30 (12am Midnight) is the best time to pray. This is the time when the powers of darkness carry out their evil assignments against God’s people.

Another reason I say this is, usually in the mornings people are in a hurry to go to work etc. The cares of the world take over and you never get into the action.

Important Notes:
If you have any health concerns, please consult your physician prior to beginning your fast, especially if you are taking any medication, have all chronic conditions, or are pregnant or nursing a baby.

During the 21 Prayer Program, remember that we are not referring to human beings here, these prayers are targeted at spiritual beings listed in Ephesians 6:12

For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 6:12)

Before you go any further, repeat the following Prayer Missile for at least 2 minutes. Do not proceed further without doing this.
