The Life Changing Benefits of Fasting

Every Christian that I met had some misconceptions concerning fasting. Fasting is one of the most misunderstood subjects. The fact is, there are incredible benefits you receive when you fast according to the word of God.

Twelve specific benefits of the “fast that God has chosen” are listed in the Book of Isaiah Chapter 58.However, Today, I will look at 5 Benefits of a proper Fast.

Then your light shall break forth like the morning, Your healing shall spring forth speedily, And your righteousness shall go before you; The glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard.

Then you shall call, and the Lord will answer;

You shall cry, and He will say, ‘Here I am.’ (Isaiah 58:8-9)

1.Then your light shall break forth like the morning

Revelation will flow into your life. You will begin to see things in the word that you did not see before.

2.Your healing shall spring forth speedily

Healing and wholeness. Proper fasting will bring health and healing to you. It has been medically proven that fasting eliminates toxins out of your body.

3. your righteousness shall go before you

As you walk with the Lord, you will gain a reputation as a person who does the right thing.

4. The glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard.

When the children of Israel were coming out of Egypt, God used the pillar of cloud and fire to form a wall between Israel and the advancing Egyptian army to protect them while they crossed the Red Sea (Exodus 14:19-20)

However, the Amalekites attacked the people at the rear end. When you fast and pray, you don’t have to worry about your back. The presence of the Lord will guard you.

5.Then you shall call, and the Lord will answer

This is one of the primary purposes of fasting, effective prayer. Do you want God to answer your prayers speedily? Consider fasting.

Your fasting will bring you the above-mentioned benefits. In addition, your spiritual life will grow stronger and your fasting will touch hundreds of life. Just think about it

As most of you may be aware, we are fasting (Tue/Thu/Sat) of 2023. This fasting has five main goals. You will surely overcome the famine.

Each prayer point must be prayed at least for 3 minutes and more.

5.Financial bondages from my family lineage that is affecting my finances, break, in the name of Jesus

6.Let the riches of the Gentiles be transferred to me, in the name of Jesus.

7.I am the Blessed man who fears the Lord, Who delights greatly in His commandments. Wealth and riches will be in my house

8.Every evil seed planted by the enemy in my life, be uprooted by fire in the name of Jesus.
