“God has gone up with a shout” (Psalm 47:5(a))
It brings to mind Jesus’ ascent into Heaven. The early church used the psalm to celebrate the ascension of Lord Jesus into Heaven.
The Lord with the sound of a trumpet. (Psalm 47:5(b))
This verse speaks about the second coming of the Lord
51 Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed— 52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. (1 Corinthians 15:51-53)
For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. (1 Thessalonians 4:16)
The First Trumpet mentioned in scripture is the Trumpet of God.
In Exodus 19:10-16, this was where God was gathering His people to Himself. God used His servant Moses to lead them to the Mountain.
And the Last Trumpet mentioned in scripture is the Trumpet of God
And again God is Gathering His people to Himself, Lord Jesus will be bringing them into the presence of God through the servants, His Angels.
